The hotel room is fabulously clean & comfortable. Location is the best for business travelers and shoppers alike.

However, service was terrible. The moment of check in was already unbelievable when we phone in advance to give instruction that husband is coming straight from the airport & will be checking in early. Front desk say no instructions were received and husband has to wait until I came. Before reserving via internet, even called hotel if pool is in working order. Told them we were staying in Dusit Hotel but pool is under renovation. The lady I talked to on the phone even laughs and said “of course the pool is working”; but forgot to mention female sauna is out of order.

Check out process is quite fast except nobody came in the room to pick up our luggage even when we told them 20 min. prior to check out. You get a voucher for a free drink/cocktail after filling up a comment form before checkout. When will you have time to drink when you’re busy with checkout, luggage and getting the car to the airport? I think, a Welcome drink is preferable.

For paying big bucks in this hotel is not worth it. You can get the same comfort but a better quality service in other hotels in the same area.
